Women in our society often do not see their full potential for a variety of reasons. As our culture is changing more and more, women are in transition due to aging, marital changes, geographic relocation and technological changes that may have out moded their current skills.
Sonja Christiansen shows a passion for life that is evident in her speaking and training sessions. At age sixty she ran away to join the circus. At age forty-five she was directing a women's mentoring program. At age forty she was teaching holistic health care in the Peoples Republic of China. At age thirty she was a single mom raising two children, and an entrepreneur creating her own business. At age twenty she was plowing fields in rural Maine with her son tied to her hip.
The common thread is that we are all part of a whole system. Women are discovering that in today's complex world there is a profound link between emotions and health. Emotional dynamics affect our personal, family, and business lives. Each of us is bombarded on a daily basis by stresses -large and small- creating relentless struggles that affect our psyches and personal performance.
Fire Heart™ provides learning and motivational programs that will help women translate their personal concepts into concrete action. We base our programs on real life experiences that encourage the exchange of ideas in an entertaining, trusting environment. All programs are tailored to suit the audience.
